The shipping of packages without the Premium service to Australia will be done via a combined transport consisting of air and sea freight until further notice. This will result in transit times of 40 business days or more.

RETOURE:
You can cancel orders from Germany and Austria within 14 days of receipt and return them to us free of charge via DHL. Please use our return label.
BE EDGY Berlin does not cover any costs for returns outside of Germany and Austria.

For all deliveries outside Europe, import duties may be charged (fees, import duties, VAT), which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and will be charged as soon as your package reaches your country. BE EDGY Berlin does not withhold duties and taxes during the payment process and cannot predict what your possible duties will be: in case such additional duties are incurred, they must be paid in order for your package to be cleared. In this case, the customer is responsible for the costs incurred. Please contact your local customs office for more information about your country's policies.
Orders will be sent to the shipping address provided by the buyer. Alternatively, delivery to a DHL Packstation is also possible.
All shipped orders can be tracked online. The shipment number, which can be used to check the current status of an order, will be sent by e-mail as soon as the order is ready for shipment. If you provided a mobile number when placing your order, you will be notified by SMS.
Should it be necessary to divide your order into several packages due to technical or logistical reasons, there will be no additional costs for you.
Environmental protection and sustainability are important to us. We therefore attach great importance to our shipping to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
Since reuse is more sustainable than recycling in this respect, we take a step ahead of recycling and pack our packages as often as possible with the same shipping cartons for the sake of the environment.
The delivery period is calculated from the receipt of full payment for the ordered goods (including VAT and shipping costs). In case of payments via PayPal, the delivery period is calculated from the moment of making the payment. When paying with a credit card, the delivery period starts from the receipt of the order confirmation.
