ORDER MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATION

  

Responsibilities:

  • Master data, asset and list maintenance
  • Supporting and advising clients on all aspects of order processing
  • Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates
  • billing / invoicing
  • Correspondence / communication with customers, agents, sales and logistics
  • Commission settlement

  

 

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • You have successfully completed your commercial training and have already gained experience
      in a similar position
  • Very good knowledge of all conventional MS Office programs, such as Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, spoken and written
  • You are reliable, polite, friendly and helpful
  • Knowledge in handling merchandise management systems
  • A structured and accurate work style are among your strengths
  • A strong interest in fashion and first experiences in the industry are of advantage
