We process and deliver the placed orders during our regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Our shipping costs are listed in the following:

The import duties for Switzerland are not included within the delivery charges and must be paid by the recipient.

All orders are fully traceable through a tracking link we send you via e-mail, when your package is ready for dispatch. The tracking links gets active in the moment the package is on its way. In case you added your mobile number to the order, you will ne notified about the order status via SMS.
In case that any technical or logistical issues appear, including sending your order in more then one shipment, no extra charges will be added.
Term of delivery
Regarding prepayment the deadline given for delivery begins the day the full price is paid (including VAT and shipping costs), when paying via PayPal it begins as soon as receipt of payment has taken place, with credit card payments the deadline begins with the confirmation of order.
Delivery periods
Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 1 - 3 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 5 - 7 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

If you are not completely satisfied with your items, you can return them within 14 days after receiving. We provide a complimentary return label for orders from Germany, Austria, Netherlands, France, Belgium, United Kingdom, Poland and Italy.
Sizes can not be exchanged. In case you need a different size, please place a new order for the fitting size. The refund will be handled after receiving your return. Please notice that the procedure will take a few days.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
